Ingredients:
- 1lb Garden Rotini
- 1 cucumber
- 1 block sharp cheddar cheese (or colby cheese)
- 1 stick of pepperoni
- 1 can black olives
- 1 pack of cherry tomatoes
- 1 bottle of Italian dressing
Instructions:
- Cook pasta per box instructions
- Cut cucumber and pepperoni into quarter moons
- Cut cheese into cubes
- Drain olives
- Once pasta is cooked, rinse with cold water. Place in large bowl and add half bottle of Italian dressing and stir often, until cool.
- Once the pasta is fully cooled, add in cucumber, tomato, pepperoni, cheese, and olive. Add more dressing to coat.
- Refrigerate for at least 6 hours (if you can wait) and serve with remaining dressing.
