Ingredients:
- Freshly steamed lobstah (or lobster from your local store). We got ours from our campground.
- 1 lb small shell pasta
- 1 stick of butter
- 1 cup of milk (divided into 2 half cups)
- 1 lb of shredded SHARP WHITE cheddar cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Pour pasta into instant pot
- Cover with water
- Pressure cook for 4 minutes and quick release
- Stir (all water should be gone, drain if not)
- Add in butter
- Add in half a cup of milk
- Add half of the cheese
- Stir
- Add in remaining cheese
- Add in half a cup of milk
- Stir until all butter and cheese is melted
- Add in lobstah
Serve warm!
