Ingredients:
- 1lb ground beef
- 26 oz bag of frozen shredded potatoes
- 1 can of rotel
- 1/2 cup of heavy cream
- Mexican style cheese
- 2 tbls of taco seasoning
Instructions:
- Brown ground beef, remove any grease
- Add beef to slow cooker along with all other ingredients (only use 1 cup of cheese at this time).
- Stir
- Top with more cheese
- Slow cook for 4-6 hours on low.
- Serve with your favorite taco toppings.
