Ingredients:
- 1 bag of frozen cheese tortellini
- 28 oz can crushed tomatoes
- 1/2 cup of heavy cream or half and half
- 1/2 cup broth (optional)
- 1 tbls of garlic
- 1 tbls basil
- 1 tbls oregano
- 2 cups spinach
Instructions:
- Add tomatoes, heavy cream and garlic to a pan and stir
- Bring to a simmer
- Add in remaining ingredients and cook 10 minutes or until tortellini are tender

I have made this recipe several times, and when I add in the broth the sauce is too thin for my liking, so I don’t add it anymore. It does add flavor, but I prefer my sauce thicker. Next time I make this, I am going to try it with less crushed tomatoes and the broth to see how that turns out. If it is perfected, I will update this recipe.
