Ingredients (so far):
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1 can green beans drained
- 1 can diced tomato
- 3-4 medium potatoes, sliced or diced
- Italian season
- paprika
- salt and pepper
- shredded cheddar for topping
Instructions:
- Brown ground turkey in pan
- In slow cooker add in all ingredients (I eyeballed the seasonings) and stir
- Cook low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours
Brian really liked this recipe. I have a love/hate relationship with ground turkey so I tolerated it. I have been gaining too much weight as of late, so I am trying to eat healthier.
