Ingredients:
- 1 lb of boneless chicken thighs or breast
- 1 tbls olive oil
- Seasonings; seasoned salt, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika
- 14.5 ounce can of diced tomato (I used a can with basil, garlic and oregano)
- 15 ounce jar of Alfredo sauce
- 10 ounce cheese tortellini
Instructions:
- Heat oil in pan
- Season chicken and add to pan, cook through
- While chicken cooks, cook tortellini according to package instructions
- Once chicken is cooked through, move to plate and cut into bite sized pieces
- Remove grease from pan (if any) and add in Alfredo sauce and diced tomato
- Drain tortellini and add to sauce along with chicken
- Stir to combine
- Salt and pepper to taste and serve!
