We want to say thank you to everyone who takes the time to read our blogs and the time to comment or send messages to us. We really do appreciate it and that is what keeps us wanting to tell you about our travels!
This year for Thanksgiving, I found a YouTube video on a turkey breast and potatoes in the slow cooker. I was really looking forward to it. Then we were invited to join in on a Thanksgiving feast with the other people that live and/or work here at the campground, so we did. I did do my Thanksgiving dinner in the crock pot, on Tuesday, but it was not very good. I need to stick with what I already know.
Thanksgiving day, we spent the afternoon into the early evening with our campground family. It was a comfortable 80 degrees. We ate and played corn-hole. It was a TON of fun and we all agreed to do the same for Christmas Day. There was turkey, mashed potatoes, corn casserole, green bean casserole, mac n cheese, my homemade cranberry sauce, and so much more, including FIVE pies! Seasonal campers Kim and Todd made all the pies and the feast of the food. We are very grateful for them doing this for all of us!
I got to talk with my mom and my aunt via video call, and Brian called his family while they all were getting ready to eat together, it’s nice to be able to see everyone even if we are states apart! We do miss our family very much and yet we are very thankful that we get to live this lifestyle and meet amazing people along our journey.

And pics from corn-hole (I have never played corn-hole before, but my team won, mostly from my partner Zach):
Happy Thanksgiving from our family to yours!
