Ingredients:
- 1/2 pound of small shell pasta
- 1/2 pound of sausage (we used Jimmy Dean)
- 1.5 cups of heavy cream
- 1 cup fresh spinach
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese
Instructions:
- Cook pasta according to box instructions
- Cook sausage in large saucepan, remove grease
- Lower heat and add in the heavy cream, whisk for 3 minutes to thicken
- Add in spinach and salt and pepper to taste, stir
- Add in Parmesan cheese and shells, stir to combine on low heat.
- Serve hot
