Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
 - Turkey Sausage (I used the hill-shire farms turkey kielbasa sausage)
 - 1 head of fresh broccoli
 - 1 tablespoon of garlic
 - 2 and 1/3 cups of broth (I used chicken)
 - 1 cup of orzo
 - 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
 
Instructions:
- Heat olive oil in pan
 - Cut sausage into bite sized pieces
 - Add sausage when oil is hot, sear both sides
 - Chop broccoli while sausage sears
 - Add broccoli and garlic to pan and stir
 - Add orzo and broth, stir
 - Simmer 10-12 minutes or until orzo is cooked
 - Add Parmesan and stir until melted.
 - Serve hot!
